Your private link is limited to your company's bench. Candidate drafts and resumes are not visible on this website.

  • Claiming your bench does not publish candidates.
  • Availability and profile permissions need your confirmation.
  • Submitted updates stay in private review.

Treat your bench link like a key: anyone holding it can access your bench until it expires. Please don't forward it. We can issue a replacement and revoke the old link.

Is it really free?

Yes. Joining the current vendor workflow, reviewing candidate drafts, uploading resumes, and managing your bench are 100% free. No credit card is required.

Do I need a login or a ChatGPT account?

No. Vendors open their private invitation link directly. The link expires after seven days; contact bench@benchit.ai if you need a replacement.

Where do the initial candidate details come from?

We prepare drafts from the bench emails you share with us. Email formats can be messy, so please check the names, skills, experience, and availability before submitting them for review.

Are my candidates visible to everyone?

No. The homepage is public, but your bench is not. Your private link opens only your company's drafts. Claiming a bench or uploading a resume does not publish a candidate.

What can I upload?

You can attach a PDF resume of up to 5 MB to a candidate in your bench. Please share only information you are authorized to provide, and avoid sensitive identifiers that are not needed for recruiting.

Will BenchIT guarantee placements?

No. Accurate, current profiles help us review candidates for relevant opportunities, but participation does not guarantee matching, interviews, or placements.

Are the AI agents already placing candidates?

No. Today's pilot supports prepared bench drafts, vendor corrections, availability confirmation, and PDF uploads with human review. The agentic matching, submission, and follow-up workflow shown here is our planned direction, not a live placement service. There are no measured placement-speed results yet.

Can you build agents with our preferred LLM models?

Let's scope a custom project around the models, data controls, and recruiting tools your team chooses. Model compatibility, hosting, permitted integrations, and costs are agreed during scoping. Custom agent development is separate from the 100% free vendor bench pilot; these integrations are not live on this site.

I haven't received a link. How do I start?

Email bench@benchit.ai with your company name, website, and recruiter email. We're onboarding vendors in a pilot and will help you get started. You can also forward your latest hotlist to that address.
